I gave me 3 stars. Movie is slow, action is mid, acting is mid. I just watched this for Tiktok hyped this movie for me. Just a watch and go movie. Nothing memorable. Moral of the story is integrity is useless when the people in the leadership are cunningly corrupt and godless. Gang leaders subtly masquerades as a officer of justice and light.
